3ptt Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to 3ptt. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 3ptt ("we", "us", "our", "3ptt") regarding your use of the 3ptt platform, including the website at 3ptt.win, any associated mobile applications or Progressive Web Apps, and all services, games, betting markets and features available through them.

By registering an account on 3ptt, by making a deposit, by placing a bet or by using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3ptt.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 3ptt account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 3ptt is strictly an adult entertainment platform. We do not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — company accounts, shared accounts and accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been closed by 3ptt for breaching these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 3ptt. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or otherwise — is prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 3ptt will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact 3ptt support immediately. We will suspend the account while we investigate.

Your account balance is held in PKR. All transactions — deposits, withdrawals and winnings — are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion fees on the 3ptt platform.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as outlined in the fee schedule. You will be notified by the contact email on your account before any inactivity fee is applied. Reactivating the account by logging in and making any transaction removes the inactivity status immediately.

4. Deposits and Payments

3ptt accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All of these are processed directly in Pakistani Rupees — there are no intermediary currencies involved.

Deposits are credited to your 3ptt balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process in under a minute in normal conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. 3ptt reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits without prior notice, though any change will be reflected in the platform interface before you proceed.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 3ptt does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. Depositing funds from an unknown or unverified source may trigger an account review.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your balance, except in circumstances where 3ptt is required to return funds due to a verified payment error.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as displayed on the withdrawal screen.
• If you have an active bonus on your account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-related balance can be withdrawn. Your base deposited balance (excluding any bonus) can typically be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.
• 3ptt reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard process and is not a reflection of any concern about a specific account. Verification requests are typically resolved within 24 hours when documents are submitted promptly.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

3ptt may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers to players from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be played through before a withdrawal of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time. Accepting a new offer while a previous bonus is still active will forfeit the previous bonus unless the current offer terms state otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited when the bonus expires.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino games and slots typically have different contribution rates. These are specified in each offer's terms.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, manipulating bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided, and may result in account closure.

3ptt reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is cancelled after players have partially completed wagering requirements, a fair adjustment will be made on a case-by-case basis.

7. Betting Rules

3ptt offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on the platform:

• All bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during a match at 3ptt's discretion — for example during interruptions in play, pending reviews or when market integrity concerns arise. Bets placed before suspension are not affected.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play time for a result to stand, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. The specific conditions for each sport are detailed in the individual sport rules available in the betting section.
• 3ptt reserves the right to void bets that were placed on markets where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement. 3ptt also reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual accounts in specific circumstances.
• Winning bets are settled and credited to the player's balance once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed by the governing body.

8. Casino and Games

All casino games, slots, live dealer games and bingo rooms on 3ptt use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer environments that are third-party audited. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available within the individual game's information panel.

By playing any casino game on 3ptt, you accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by 3ptt or by previous game outcomes.
• The house edge — the statistical advantage the platform holds over players across all games — is a permanent feature of all games and is reflected in the published RTP figures.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, the platform will restore the game to its last confirmed state where possible. If a game cannot be restored, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Live casino game results are final once the dealer has confirmed the outcome on the live feed. Any dispute must be raised with support within 24 hours of the game session.

9. Responsible Gaming

3ptt is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits before they start playing and to review those limits regularly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a reminder to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be used and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3ptt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors or miscalculated odds.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of corrupt activity related to sports events.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine player activity.
• Harassing or threatening 3ptt staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or platform systems without authorisation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3ptt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and data — is the intellectual property of 3ptt or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the platform grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute or modify any of this content without the prior written permission of 3ptt.

The games available on 3ptt are provided under licence from third-party game developers. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective developers.

12. Limitation of Liability

3ptt provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical reasons.
• Internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures outside our control.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, natural events or service provider failures.

3ptt's total liability to any player for any cause is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 3ptt is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

13. Account Termination

You may close your 3ptt account at any time by contacting support. If you have a balance at the time of closure, it will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any open bets have been settled, provided no Terms violations are pending review.

3ptt reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is under investigation.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions have been detected.
• A player has been identified as under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been verified.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 3ptt reserves the right to retain any balance that was accumulated in connection with the violation.

14. Changes to These Terms

3ptt may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable regulations or operational requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact email address on their account and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 3ptt platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the updated Terms take effect.
